Introduction:

At ISHWMCON 2024, we aim to ensure a smooth and efficient process for delivering any materials associated with your conference participation. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms for distributing physical and digital items, including conference materials, certificates, and merchandise (if applicable). By registering for ISHWMCON 2024, you agree to the following shipping and delivery conditions.

Conference Materials and Souvenirs:

All participants attending ISHWMCON 2024 will receive conference materials (e.g., event schedules, notebooks, pens) and any applicable souvenirs as part of their registration package. These materials will be provided to you on-site at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Scientific Convention Center, Lucknow, during the check-in and registration process.

On-Site Pickup for Certificates:

Certificates for the following categories will be distributed to participants in-person at the conference venue:

• Workshop Certificates: Distributed upon completion of the workshop on 15th November 2024.

• Main Conference Certificates: Distributed on 16th November 2024.

• Paper Presentation Certificates: For oral and poster presentations, certificates will be handed out after the presentations, along with prize distributions on 16th November 2024.

Please note that certificates will not be shipped to participants who attend the event in person. It is mandatory to collect your certificates at the designated times during the event.
